Description
Design the “Create new prediction event” form. Multi-field form with validation-friendly layout.

Requirements and context

• Fields: Event title, description, category (dropdown), deadline (date picker), outcome options (dynamic list: add/remove), optional toggles (e.g. public, featured).
• Layout: Logical grouping; optional two-column on desktop.
• States: Default, validation errors (inline), loading on submit.
• Theme: Forms and inputs from design system.

Design deliverables

• Full form layout (desktop)
• Dynamic “options” list (add/remove rows)
• Error state for one or two fields
• Mobile: single column, touch-friendly
