English is a standard, ok. 😊

Hugo is able to create multilingual website, so, why not localise prestashop-project.org? 😊

Here the first set of PRs with the first language localisation approach and some fixes:

First multilingual PR (homepage localised, urls localised, some content localised)
Fix logo image link & alternate meta tag link in multilingual mode
