Golden user task is no longer on top of the list

Golden user task is not longer on top of the list after the page load.

In order to replicate bug:

• set the golden task
• change it's order (for example to be 2nd in the list)
• refresh the page

Task will stay 2nd in the list.

Looks like this was broken with v1.8 menu ordering.

This one is still relevant, but it will probably not be when #720 is merged.

So not fixing now, reason being is that I dont see performant fix without changing UI (disable sorting for the Golden task) and this might not be relevant at all after #720
