Routine and Ethos Compass #24
Description
Idea is that as a substitute for daily prayer and perhaps routine that might follow use ethos compass that sort of acts as something can talk to.
1. List 3-5 non-negotiable values (e.g., Integrity, Curiosity, Service, Craft, Vitality).
2. Give the list a name—“My Ethos Compass.”
3. Write a one-line “job description” for each value so it can “speak back” to you (e.g., “Integrity: reminds me to keep promises, even the ones I make to myself”).
