Description
Dr. Schulz has suggested using the bottom right hand quadrant of the Clinical GUI as a place for a button to enter the "engineering interface". This is currently being done as a toggle at the top, which should be removed when the button is performing that function. When you are in the engineering interface, the button should convert you back to the clinical interface.
We need to (slightly ) rearrange the buttons which are currently spread across the bottom so that they don't reach into the right hand 25% and then create an addressable area in the bottom right where we can add the patient/ventilator id.
