Chronic conditions such as diabetes that impact an agent's susceptibility and response to disease are currently enumerated in the code. It would add flexibility if conditions and interventions could be read from the params file and added to a list along with their impact. This list could then be used to modify an agent's susceptibility to infection and modify disease course.
