First time launch of PulseTile appears to be looping endlessly in Chrome browser

The first time launch of "ipaddress:3000" redirects to :3000/#/charts but flashes the following only:

Console monitoring gives the following:

The startup pages does not get drawn and starting another Chrome session seems to repeat the same concern
