Loading state is not cleared - spinner infinite - Initialise Duck JS related issue

When in the application (noted during Helm PHR testing)
If you edit the URL to just the IP/domain like here

to here

.. the URL resolves back to where you were like so

But you see an infinite spinner ..

Until if you hit refresh it resolves the issue and you can move on

If URL is edited manually to only show the IP address we are getting into loading state that is not cleared upon application initialization completion.

The loading state is being removed with this duck file https://github.com/PulseTile/PulseTile-React-Core/blob/master/src/utils/redirect-helpers.utils.js. However, if for some reason, we don't get the user variable in the redirectAccordingRole we would never get pass the line 8 (https://github.com/PulseTile/PulseTile-React-Core/blob/master/src/utils/redirect-helpers.utils.js#L8)
