Save a file as Controller

What do we have:
- a fileType
- a fileName
- a fileDescription
- a fileDestinationPath
- a fileContents

What do we need to do:
1. To compute the full path (destinationPath + fileName) where to save the file
2. To create the View folders named after the fileName without the suffix Controller
