Please make a new release #308

Hi
I've encountered the byte index 3 is not a char boundary bug when using the RedactedTransformer with the latest release: v0.10.0. This has been fixed in handle multi-byte chars on redacted transformer, and the fixed code is in main, but there hasn't been a release made since this fix (and I'm guessing some other fixes are on main that aren't yet released either).
Would it be possible to release a new version?
