Implement serializer for SPARQL* #12
Description
Currently, we are simply using the Jena's SPARQL serializer for SPARQL* (see se.liu.ida.rdfstar.tools.sparqlstar.lang.SPARQLStar). However, this serializer does not work correctly for nested triple patterns (and probably not for the SPARQL* version of BIND).
