Solution for Java task 3 TopPhrases doesn't work for a large file

I tested it on 10 GB file and it fails with OutOfMemory when you take .entrySet() on a map (line 26)

Dunno. Maybe behavior of streams is changed somehow since then (for Java 10+) :) I remember that all of the solutions here were correct :P I'm not a Java dev anymore so I'm not following it much :)
