[Feature] Imple CRDT downstream operation execution for autosave

[KumKeeHyun]

자동저장 기능을 제공하기 위해서, 서버쪽에서도 crdt 알고리즘을 구현해야 함.

직접 operation을 생성하는 것이 아니기 때문에 upstream은 필요없고, downstream 만 구현하면 됨.
