License and module name

Hi,

I found this package through https://github.com/google/myanmar-tools/tree/master/clients/go and am using it at https://github.com/bdon/OpenStreetMap-BurmeseEncoding. I have a few questions:

1. can you add a license to this repository?
2. should the module name at https://github.com/Rabbit-Converter/Rabbit-Go/blob/master/go.mod be changed from op-fork/Rabbit-Go? I was not able go-get the package name because the module name does not match.
