Please Help, launcher not working.

Hello i am having a problem getting the Wow-64_Patched to run, when i try i get a "Cannot Fetch CDN configuration file" error, im going to try reinstalling all of my required software but im not sure what is causing this problem and would rather not go through that if i have to. please help soon i would love to play WoW on my own private server thanks.
