Check for duplicates

• I have searched for similar issues before opening a new one.

Description

Flyout should not record any undo events when layout. Lots of BlockMove and other events are created when showing a flyout. It is weird to undo these move events.

Reproduction steps

1. Show a flyout, then select it.
2. Hold on Ctrl+Z to undo.
3. Then all blocks will move back to (0, 0) in reversed order.
