Request for Permission to Publicly Host SkillDisplay on Gitee and Allow Non-Commercial Use

I hope you are doing well.

I am a fan of your SkillDisplay project and have been using it extensively for FFXIV. Recently, I created a personal adaptation to make it compatible with the Chinese 7.0 version of FFXIV, including:

Updating ACTListener.js to support the OverlayPlugin-ng / CombatData broadcast format for 7.0 CN servers.

Updating Action.js to fetch skill data and icons from the Cafemaker API for CN servers.

Maintaining caching and full compatibility with the original GCD/OGCD logic.

I would like to kindly request your permission for the following:

Publicly host the full original project along with my modifications on Gitee for non-commercial purposes.

Allow ACT-related domestic projects, such as DMM ACT (呆萌 ACT) or Cafe ACT, to use it for non-commercial research, study, or learning purposes.

I will, of course, fully credit your original project and authorship, and clearly mark my modifications. This would help FFXIV CN players and developers safely and legally learn from and adapt your work.

Please let me know if this is acceptable, and if you have any conditions for granting permission. I will be happy to fully comply with any requirements.
