Add getFileType API route and function

The idea is to return the file type from the extension with any metadata that's useful

This could be useful for file types people don't work with very often

We want a comprehensive list of file names.

Maybe use a js object as a hashmap to directly map to the meta data for fast access

What do you think of using this package, which can allow clients to send buffer as well? We would need to limit file size to 5Mb for example.

@aarbanas it looks like a popular package. Yeah let's give it a shot.

Only concern is if the package is deprecated in the future or has a breaking change. But it allows our endpoint to cover more use cases in this way. Nice find!
