How to set default values for filters

I have a Query with multiple filters. One Time range and two dropdown lists with multi select enabled. If no values are selected the queries are invalid.
I created some visualizations based on the query and added them to a dashboard. The filters I added as dashboard level.

How do i set the default value for them? I want to preselect all field in the dropdown list and the last 12 months in the timerange.

Im still using the official version 10.1.0
