The Insert key doesn't exist on Macs

Several commands require the use of the Insert key and that's not a key that exists under macOS, which present a bit of a problem. Even if one plugs in a normal keyboard, it's not going to work (or so I've read - I don't have a keyboard to hand to try it).

Would it be possible to add the option to use a different key?
