Step 2.5: Testing Infrastructure

Testing Step 2 takes a lot of steps:

> Run a full suite of tests; setup, publishToMavenLocal, runClient, clone + setup MDK, copy a test mod and build, run installer and test..

This would be a lot easier if we had some sort of bootstrap system to run these tasks automatically.
