LiteNetLib 2.0 optimized specially for LiteEntitySystem. I will upgrade transport layer soon after LiteNetLib 2.0 full release on Nuget.

There is SyncFlags.SyncGroup1..5 for SyncVars - that allow to enable or disable SyncGroups for specific entities. Using that feature you can implement area of interest
