Heading are deleted after editing #98

Issue on Showcase-Auth0
The problem only with the next headings:
Problems ; Vaccinations ; Allergies ; Contacts
Case
When you edit the record of one of those headings, clicking save - you see the changes.
Then when you click on edited record, you see details and extra (empty) row below.
If you go to another heading or reload page, you will see that edited record disappeared.
We can't tell the reason for this, need more deep investigation.

This problem didn't appear on other servers
