106 invulnerable to FemurBreaker

Describe the bug

when the role of SCP106 is listed in the config option
admintoolbox_block_role_damage as the invulnerable role
activating the FemurBreaker will leave him alive

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add admintoolbox_block_role_damage with 106 like invulnerable to class-d
2. be a class-d
3. lure yourself then as a class-d try to contain 106
4. 106 will still be alive nd noone other can contain 106

Expected befhavior

106 dies after it's containing process even if invulnerable to the specified class
