[BUG] ExtraTooltips - Shulker boxes within ender chests always show tooltips even when disabled

Describe the bug
RusherHack will display the tooltips you would expect from Shulker being enabled for shulker boxes inside Ender Chests, assuming you also have EnderChests enabled; regardless of Shulker actually enabled or not. I believe this bug stems from EnderChests option falling back onto Shulker for most of its applicable sub-settings, which can be observed by toggling the Locking sub-setting and/or changing its keybind.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable ExtraTooltips.
2. Enable Locking sub-setting of Shulker option without enabling the Shulker option directly.
3. Enable EnderChests option.
4. Have shulker boxes with items in ender chest.

Expected behavior
Shulker tooltips are disabled; RusherHack shouldn't be trying to display them, as I already have a different mod I prefer to use for that. I just want to be able to see within ender chests and let the other mod take care of the shulkers.

Additional context
It makes sense to me why EnderChest would just refer back to the settings for Shulkers as they are so similar; maybe join those sub-settings into a single "Container" tooltip option with individual options for Shulkers and Ender Chests?
