Noodles-indexed reader requires TSV

SAMTools hasn't been outputting a tsv for the fai file
Noodles-indexed_reader requires a tsv fai

This should be fed back to the noodles dev. It should be able to ID the separator in use and split accordingly.

This effected getting more data for #20
