issue with "brush" mode and with eraser

hello, first i have to say that i absolutely love this addon, use it daily combined with a writing grid box for kanjis i made myself and with the stroke order addon
in the recently added brush mode, when you write short lines it erases them, making that half of the strokes of a kanji get deleted, a shame because i love how it looks, so i have been using the normal brush for now
on the eraser my issue is mostly that i cant use the bottons i have configured on my pen ( lenovo pen precission on a lenovo laptop) to press the button to turn the normal pen into a eraser, and when i stop pressing have it go back to a normal pen, so going every time to press the eraser button its a tad anoying, so i would love if you would able to implement that( maybe add a config menu to asing buttons?)

Hey, glad you are enjoying the addon, I assume the brush mode you are referring to is calligraphy mode, the third button. Then yes there are some limitations on the minimum distance betfore it creates a stroke, this is a separate functionality I copied from somehwere so I won't be able to edit it well.

In terms of holding to delete, there was another person requesting the same, so I added the hotkey shift+d to allow for the hold mode. If you can rebind your stylus button to that, it should work for you. Let me know if that works for you. I can't automatically query the styles buttons to handle this without keyboard shortcuts

sadly due to windows limitations i cant choose to add hotkeys based on app, so i have to either change the button everywhere to the hotkey, or use it as a erase button, so on this case it wont be doable, quite unfortunate tho, but it is what it is
for the caligraphy mode maybe it could be nice to reduce the distance, or maybe add a setting to be able to change the scale of the minimum stroke distance somehow, just giving ideas
