AD/AE FAQ - ACM Badge description #7

To me the paragraph about the ACM Badges in the AD/AE FAQ is unclear:
The flowing statement from Michela in Slack (https://sc19team.slack.com/archives/C9573NFBL/p1546030422020300) describe how and who gets which badge:
We usually give Artifact available to all the papers with Useful Artifact Descriptor and only one paper get the Artifact replicated tag (the paper replicated by the SCC team).
Especially the information about Artifacts Evaluated badge is missing. I think we have to explain that in more detail.
