Question about Missing Hypocenter Fields in CyberShake Event Info Output

I am currently using the CyberShake Data Access Tool to retrieve event information (Event Info data product) for specific sites and ruptures. However, I have noticed that the resulting CSV files do not include the fields Hypocenter_Lat, Hypocenter_Lon, or Hypocenter_Depth, which I expected to be present according to the documentation.
Could you please clarify:

Under what circumstances are these hypocenter fields included in the output?

Is there a specific setting, product, or query option I should use to ensure these fields are available in my results?
