The X button to close the grant editor does not flag if there are unsaved edits that will be lost

OVERVIEW

When editing a grant, I do not want to lose my work. Currently, the X button that closes the grant editor does not flag that there are unsaved edits that will be lost. This could cause loss of work, especially as multiple sections can be open for editing at once.

Noting that this is in the Default edit mode (with all sections editable) but is the way Users are preferring to review and edit. Based on Sprint UX testing.
