[BUG] SLDS2 does not support the styling hooks of SLDS1 used in version 0.4.0 and below.

Describe the bug

SLDS2 does not honor the styling hooks used by Indicators in 0.4.0 and below which are "Component-level" and will need to find out how to support/shift to the "Global" version
