[FEATURE] Click on Icons to do something (Clickability)

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the icons (Avatars or Pills) to be Clickable to do something like update the value or open another page or report.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Avatar in SLDS doesn't have a click option so it might not be a good idea. Pills do have a click option though.

Some comments on the first draft:

• I was confused by the decision to place it on the Indicator Bundle Item, but yes I get it now, because it allows for different actions for different bundle displays, and the new UI will help to allay any confusion.
• The field needs to be added to the page layout
• The word Action Target seemed to me that it would only take the name of a Quick Action, but that is not the case, it just needs to be a URL
• The Merge values are great, but I would love them to be more like standard so we can re-use the links we have already created as Custom Links on the record. This would be absolutely FANTASTIC because they have not yet given us a way to use Detail Page Links with Dynamic Forms.
  • I did try /lightning/r/Report/00OHy000001HRH7MAO/view?fv0=%22{!Account.Industry}%22 and it did not pass in the Industry value.
  • But /lightning/r/Report/00OHy000001HRH7MAO/view?fv0=%22{Industry}%22 did.
  • The ID needs to be exactly {Id} not {id} or {ID}. This is fine, it just needs to be documented.
• For a Simple Update of one field via a Quick Action I could not get it working until I added the full org URL to the URL and not just starting with /lightning (See URL Hacking of Quick Actions
  • It is navigating to Lightning Home, the displays the Quick Action after navigating back. So I reckon it could be fixed.
  • This is what worked

• When it works, it works quite well.
• Flow works when you do this really long winded workaround
• I think the default needs to be open in new tab, (or new console tab) as I hate clicking on buttons that change my view without me knowing it. At least the dirty flag on the Lightning Page warns you before you click away if you are in the middle of editing the page.
• The mouse icon needs to change to a pointing finger on hover to indicate that it is clickable (pills will be easier).
• The hover needs to show the URL in the status bar if possible.
• I would like the URL to be displayed in The Key if possible, or even just an indication that it has a link.
• We will need some good documentation as to the best ways to use this feature.
  • Eg, when the link goes to a field update but then the updated value does not display the icon... it's weird.

I think it could be put out as a beta release and welcoming comments.

The LWC showing "Contact Missing Key Details" could be hidden if all the details entered for the contact.

The "Hover text" on the "Billing Country" icon for "Company details" LWC is not showing correct text. Eg. if the billing country is Canada or CA, the hover text shows "The Country is not US or Canada". Screen shot attached.

@mpparimala this is a great pickup. Can you create this as a new [BUG] Issue please as it may not be related to Clickability only.
