Hello Summit Events Support Team,
We are currently using the Summit Events application for an event registration in salesforce and need urgent assistance regarding the Phone Type picklist shown on the public registration form.
Issue:
On the registration form, the Type dropdown currently displays the values:
Mobile
Home
Our requirement is to update these values to:
Mobile
Work
However, we are unable to find any configuration option in Salesforce or within Summit Events to modify these picklist values. We have checked the event record, event instance, and related setup options, but the values do not appear to be editable.
Request:
Could you please confirm:
Whether it is possible to change the Phone Type picklist values?
If yes, can you guide us on how to update Home to Work, or assist us in making this change?
If this is not supported, please advise the recommended approach to meet this requirement.
This is urgent for us, and your guidance will help us proceed correctly.
