Progress bar in setup flow

Problem There are a lot of screens in the setup flow. Users start to feel a sense of "when will this be done?" after the 4th or 5th screen.

Solution Add a progress bar using flow's native progress bar functionality so the user has a visual indicator of how far they are into the setup flow.
