  1. We have a group in the trailblazer community that currently supports the old version of the App. . This person would approve requests to join the app, and respond to some inquiries. The old app started throwing a ton of bugs in the summer of 2025, and as of yet, we have no solution. We hope that when we get the new version of the app going that people can switch over to it.
  2. I just opened a second case with Salesforce support to get their help with the issue that is breaking the app. Taking over discussing it with them would be very helpful, but requires a good understanding of the problem. They ask really basic questions which imply they didn't read any of the material previously sent to them.
