Description

- long polling of Google Calendar #89
- Google Calendar sync endpoint for primary method of synchronization #82
- Google Calendar push notifications/subscriptions #81
Place each update in a FIFO sync queue. Within each worker initially, but potentially distributed with NATS or similar in the future (if needed to scale further).
