Data is not ready to be ingested, but we can start making a script to streamline the workflow of ingesting data.

• @aburgasser will send test data set.
• Kelle will write a script to pull info from headers to complete an ingest
• Assume script will be run by undergrads
• Should also include instructions for how to do the pull request
