The html-pub doc says:
The DOI span element should be used, and not the a element, for both the most recent and specific editions of a SMPTE document.
- Will DOIs be created for every published SMPTE Engineering Document so that there's an undated DOI for the document number and a dated DOI for every published version of that document number?

latest-versionURI orlatest-pubURI (see AG 29))? This should be clarified. - My understanding is that the undated DOI will always resolve to the
all-versionsURI (see AG 29)
- Presumably "most recent" in the quote above means the undated DOI (not, say, the
- Should AG 29 be updated to reflect this usage of DOIs (i.e. how they match to AG 29 URIs), or should it be documented elsewhere?
- The three items I commented on in Specify how to use SMPTE references #313 (comment) are relevant to this topic and still outstanding I believe
