needs to include cellpose license

Cellpose has a very open license (BSD-3) but you need to at least maintain and propagate the license file: 
https://github.com/MouseLand/cellpose/blob/main/LICENSE

We would prefer it if you included cellpose as one of your dependencies though (you can pin the version), since you are in fact using the entire codebase.
