All clients are stuck at "connecting"

Hi Sam,
First off, thanks a million for your patriotism and the immense effort you've put into developing conduit-manager.

I have just discovered it and am trying to set it up on one of my VPSs. The said VPS is very limited in resources (1 vCPU, 1GB RAM). Therefore I have initially set the max clients number to 50.

Even though the installation succeeded without any issues, no client can connect to the server. I am constantly seeing many clients trying to connect without success. I have tried both the Shir-o-Khorshid and Psifon variants, same results.

If this is your first time running it, you’ll need to give it a day or so before it starts establishing connections. As long as it shows “connected to the Psiphon network” — which it does in your case — there isn’t much I can do, since everything is handled on Psiphon’s end.

Based on my experience, I’d recommend using a VPS in Europe (Poland, Romania, or nearby countries), as they tend to provide more stable connections. If it’s still stuck after that, you may want to reinstall it or reach out directly to the Psiphon team. You can open an issue with them regarding their Conduit CLI repo.
