PVCam device, GUI connection fail: attribute READOUT_TIME is missinjg

I tried to connect Teledyne Retiga E9 Camera, when this issue occured, that prevented loading of the cam-control. Issue reproduces on different PCs.
The camera is detected, software versions: PVCAM 3.10.2.7, cam-control 2.2.1
