Cleanup of ScazLab teams

@ScazLab/scazlab_admins I'm writing here because we don't have a general way to create general issues that don't deal with a specific repo.

I would like to cleanup the scazlab teams because I think that most of them are unused. This would be beneficial in an eventual future in which we will enforce the use of teams more strongly than what we do now (see #1).

For starters, I would clean nvb CopyBot MimicryNao because I think they are not used any more (Kate and Henny are not working in the lab any more)

For the other repos, feel free to keep or prune them as you please, my goal was to ask permission to at least delete those three.
