When i drag .CAST file into GameImageUtil, it does nothing

Hello. I have a problem.
When i export .CAST file from Legion, i need to drag it into GameImageUtil, but it does nothing.
I tried using all the version here but non of them worked.
When i was trying first version, it only said "Complete" and does exactly nothing.
Can somebody help me please?

Same exact issue. The util creates the folders but places no images in them.

@zexpyedits I solved this by using a previous version. Check to see which works for you.
