Use cli formatting in httr2 error handler

• Make rm(token) clickable.
• Include links to relevant articles (2FA / authorisation)

If this is limitation, is there another way we could handle errors? e.g. run objr() within tryCatch and handle errors directly (rather than via httr2)?
