Max time between border detection

If the mower stands still where the movement function does not triggers, a configurable max time restarted every border detection should be great to have. I have seen situations where it stand still and shakes so much so movement does detects.

If the timer has elapsed the mower should

• Restart timer
• Re-direct to another direction.
• Max 3 times (configurable) if no border is detected , then after HALT
