[Request] Update official documentation's supported aircrafts

I came across this mod, and to my sad surprise, one of my paywares was not included in the official docs.

I decided out of curiosity to check if this was still maintained, as the last supported version for all stock aircrafts was dated to April 2022, still as written on the official page.

Indeed, it's still receiving regular updates, and was relieved to find the former aircraft added with a changelog on an older version.

Many, unlike me, stop at the official docs, so if they realise one AC is not listed there, they won't investigate any further.

I take advantage of the occasion to advise a complete update of the whole docs, not just that page, or moving entirely on GitHub.

The home readme still points to the abandoned website. It should offer redirects to the appropriate pages instead of being left obsolete.
