Description
Restrict access to UF users only via @ufl.edu emails and verification.
Sign up/sign in requires @ufl.edu email
Verification mechanism exists (email verification)
Non-UF emails are rejected with a clear message (each school could potentially implemented but the notes would be processed within notes from that same school)
