date and population are blank when load a city #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.load a city
2.wait for update population
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
date and population should be valid value. but blank.
and population will be invalid value when first update.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
micropolisj-1.6, and trunk.
Please provide any additional information below.
