[Feature] - Disable MSN content on Edge new tab

Hello,

I think it could be a good thing to add 2 settings in Edge configuration to disable MSN content when we open a new tab and disable Microsoft advert links.

This 2 settings : 
"Allow Microsoft content on the new tab page" (NewTabPageContentEnabled) at Disabled
and "Hide the default top sites from the new tab page" (NewTabPageHideDefaultTopSites) at Enabled.
