[Bug]: Role icons reappear

Describe the bug
The disabled/hidden role icons reappear whenever someone joins/leaves the raid.

To Reproduce

1. Join a raid
2. Uncheck roles under the "SHow role icon for" setting
3. Someone joins/leaves the raid

Expected behavior
The setting should be enforced even when someone joins/leaves

Have you disabled all other add-ons?
No

Additional context
Probably need to listen to some frame events to reapply the showing/hiding of the icons.
Doing this manually with the setting does work, but the icons get reset again if someone joins/leaves

Thanks for the bug report. I forgot to change the function i hook when adding the recent changes.
